Shipping from Germany is always free for you. From another EU country we deduct a shipping contribution from your payout – from €100.00 item value it no longer applies. You'll also see the amount in your shipping box before you sell.

From €100.00 item value there is no shipping contribution in any country.

Yes: €10.00 when shipping from Germany and €20.00 from all other EU countries. A bar in your shipping box shows how much is still missing.

From Germany and all other EU countries. Unfortunately we can't buy from countries outside the EU (for example Switzerland or the UK).

Right after your order: the free DHL shipping label arrives as a PDF by email. Print it, stick it clearly on the parcel and drop it off at DHL – at a post office, parcel shop or Packstation. You can also find the label at any time under My Account.

No problem: just email us your order number at info@top-ankauf.de. We'll send you a DHL QR code. Show it on your phone at the DHL office and they'll print the label for you.

Use a sturdy box and pad the items well (for example with newspaper or bubble wrap) so nothing moves. Please pack all items of one order into one parcel and include the signed purchase invoice.

Please hand your parcel to DHL within 14 days of your order. If it arrives later, the original prices no longer apply automatically – we'll then send you an offer at current prices.

With our shipping label we bear the shipping risk from the moment you hand the parcel to DHL. Please keep the drop-off receipt until you've received your payout.

Video games for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo, films on DVD and Blu-ray, books and Funko Pop figures. You can see what we're currently buying in the buyback catalog.

We go by current online selling prices and demand, so the price can change from day to day. On the product page you choose the condition and immediately see what we pay.

Once you put an item in your shipping box, its price is valid for 24 hours. If you place the order within that time, the price is fixed – provided the condition is right.

Search for the EAN – the 13-digit number under the barcode on the back. If the item is missing, we add it automatically and show you the price, provided we buy it.

For some items there is currently not enough demand or no reliable market price. Prices are updated regularly – feel free to check back later.

When a price changes unusually, we check it by hand. This takes at most 24 hours; after that you can sell the item as usual.

Up to 10 copies per item via the shipping box. For larger quantities email us at info@top-ankauf.de – from 50 items you can also use our business request form.

Honestly choose the condition that fits best – that way you get exactly the price shown. Books and Funko Pop figures only have “New” and “Used” – what each means is shown on the product page.

We check every item individually. If the condition matches, we pay the agreed price. If an item is in worse condition than stated, we email you an adjusted offer, which you can accept within 7 days. If you decline, we send the item back to you free of charge.

The more complete, the better: the original case and manual are part of the condition. If they're missing, choose “Good” or “Acceptable” instead.

Usually 3 to 7 working days after your parcel arrives. As soon as it's with us, you'll get an email.

We send them back to you free of charge. Items with no resale value can be disposed of responsibly on request – but only with your consent.

Yes. The purchase invoice comes as a PDF with the order confirmation. Please print it, sign it and put it in the parcel – or email a signed scan or photo to info@top-ankauf.de.

When ordering, you choose between bank transfer and PayPal. As soon as we have checked your parcel and confirmed the purchase, we initiate the payout – usually within a few working days.

Yes, until the payout: under My Account in the relevant order. For your security you'll get an email for every change.

Enter the code in your shipping box and click “Redeem”. The amount is added to your payout. Each coupon can only be redeemed once per account.

Yes, you need a free account to sell. There you can see all your orders, their status and your documents such as the shipping label and purchase invoice. You must be 18 or older to sell.

Under My Account. The status goes: Received → Label sent → Goods received → Paid out. You'll also get an email at every important step.

Yes, until we've confirmed the purchase – at any time and free of charge. Just email us your order number at info@top-ankauf.de. If your items have already arrived, we'll send them back free of charge.

Please check your spam folder first. You can also find your order at any time under My Account – where you can also download the shipping label and purchase invoice.

Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page – we'll send you a reset link. You can sign in with your username or your email address.
